This photographic essay expresses some of the increasing stresses between birds and people as we increase our numbers and expand our cities and decrease safe habitat and clear air space for wildlife, in particular, birds.

Since the Hudson River Plane landing has been so clearly connected with birds, I have been listening for more bird incidents in the news. It has been surprising how many bird -human conflicts are being documented across the nation everyday. I look forward to your thoughts in response to this presentation.
